Terms & Conditions

We want your event to be fun and stress-free! Here are a few simple rules around payments, cancellations, and how we work on the day to ensure everything goes smoothly.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Save the Date: Your booking is only confirmed once we receive your payment.

  • How to Pay: Payments must be made via bank transfer to the account on your invoice.

  • Deadlines: If payment is not made by the due date, your booking will be cancelled.

  • Our Promise: If an emergency happens and we cannot make it, we will try our best to find another professional artist for you. If we can't, you will get a 100% full refund.

2. Cancellations & Weather

  • Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable if you cancel or change your mind.

  • Date Changes: If you need to move your party, we will do our best to find a new date for you, depending on our availability.

  • Bad Weather: For outdoor events, any rain-date must be agreed upon at least 48 hours before the start time. If we cannot agree on a new date, the booking will be cancelled, and your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

3. Timing & Overtime

  • Full Hours: You pay for the total time booked, even if your guests finish early or leave before the time ends.

  • Overtime: If you want us to stay longer on the day, it costs $60 per 30 minutes (per artist), depending on whether the artist is free to stay.

4. Parking, Travel & Space Requirements
  • Travel Fee: A travel fee applies if your event is more than 15km from the artist’s location.

  • Parking: The host must provide a safe, easy parking spot near the entrance for us to unload heavy gear. The client will pay back any parking fees.

  • Breaks: Artists get a paid 10-minute break for every 3 hours of work, and must have access to a clean restroom.

5. Safety & Environment
  • Safe Working Space: The artist has the right to stop working and leave without a refund if guests (adults or children) are aggressive, violent, or unsafe.

  • Supervision: Artists do not watch or babysit children. Parents or hosts are 100% responsible for the safety and behaviour of all guests.

  • Damaged Gear: If guests damage or break any of our equipment or kits, the client will be billed for the replacement cost.

6. Painting Rules & Health
  • Design Choices: We can refuse to paint certain body parts or designs. We never paint anything offensive, inappropriate, or gang-related.

  • Voluntary: We will never paint a child or adult who is crying, scared, or unwilling to be painted.

  • Age Limit: For safety reasons, we do not paint children under 3 years old.

  • Illness: To keep everyone safe, we cannot paint anyone who is sick, coughing, or has cold sores, open wounds, eye infections, or contagious skin conditions.

  • Allergies: We only use premium, skin-safe, EU/FDA-compliant paints. However, we are not responsible for any allergic skin reactions. Patch tests are available upon request.

7. Line Management

For very busy public or corporate events, the host is responsible for managing the lines. To ensure a smooth flow and avoid long wait times, please provide a helper or volunteer to keep the queue in order, especially during peak times and near the end of the contracted time.

Let’s collaborate to build an unforgettable, stress-free celebration! Please reach out with any questions prior to booking so we can perfectly align with your event goals.
